Mindfulness at Work Training for all staff: Boosting Wellbeing and Productivity

In today’s fast-paced workplace, it’s easy to slip into “autopilot” – rushing from one task to the next, reacting to stress, and losing focus.

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention, on purpose, to what is happening right now. It means being aware of what is happening in each moment, rather than getting caught up in thoughts, worries, or distractions — and being able to bring your focus back to where you want it. At its core, it is attention training — strengthening the mind’s ability to notice and redirect attention. Far from being “soft” or “fluffy,” mindfulness is a practical skill with strong scientific backing.

Research shows it helps people regulate stress, sharpen focus, improve communication and productivity, and make better decisions. At work, it can also boost wellbeing, effectiveness, and team culture.
