In relation to engagements for the provision of a presentation or other type of session, following acceptance of any quote, you may cancel any such Services ordered at any time up to the time of supply provided that:
- you will be liable to reimburse us for any costs that we have incurred or are liable to incur in relation to the provision of the Services (including but not limited to any development work); and
- if you cancel or postpone the Services within 7 days of the date that they are to be provided, you will be liable to pay 100% of our service fee as set out in the applicable quote.
