A new learning experience incorporating our brand new wellbeing book, bite-sized eLearning and instructor-led training.

Together:
Te Oranga
o te Katoa

Our new InFlow Learning blends insights from western psychology and Te Ao Māori to promote holistic and collective wellbeing. The programme supports learners to pick their own wellbeing path, while building on what’s already working well.

Umbrella’s InFlow Learning includes options for individuals and workplaces:

    • Hard-copy book
    • Bite-sized eLearning
    • Instructor-led training

Book

Our new pukapuka (book) presents readers with wellbeing skills, science and support within the framework of Te Whare Tapa Whā, and acknowledges the social and environmental factors that impact our wellbeing.

eLearning

With more than 40 modules on offer, our new eLearning offers bite-sized online learning based on key themes from our new book. Tailored to suit busy schedules, learners can “pick and mix” their own learning pathway, featuring short lessons, video guidance from our team of experts, and knowledge checks to strengthen holistic wellbeing.

Instructor-led training

Available for workplaces in combination with our eLearning. Over the course of three group sessions, our experienced psychologists share valuable insights and practical strategies to maximise learning, strengthen individual wellbeing and make a positive ripple in your organisation.

InFlow Learning Q&A

“Flow” refers to a state of being, or learning, where we experience fluency (ease, control and engagement) and absorption (being fully present and attentive). Whether you engage with our book, eLearning, instructor-led training (or a mix of all three!), we have designed our InFlow Learning to maximise fluency and absorption and – importantly – connection.

Key to creating a feeling of “flow” is providing a personalised learning experience, tailored to your unique wellbeing needs and goals. As you go through our InFlow programme, select the learning pathway that’s right for you. Do you prefer a step-by-step guide or a more flexible approach based on how you’re feeling? You can choose – there’s no right or wrong option here. By enabling flexible learning we hope you frictionlessly achieve your learning and wellbeing goals, tapping into the optimal state of flow.

Ka rawe! We recommend enquiring about our Instructor-Led Training (available to organisations only), which blends our eLearning with facilitated group sessions. Having copies of the book available for your team is also a great accompaniment to the learning experience, enabling people to hold onto the lessons forever in hard-copy form. Please contact our team to discuss more.

We also offer book-only or eLearning-only packages for workplaces. You can order multiple copies of our book on our website, or contact us to find out more about eLearning for your team.

Ka Rawe! We are very excited to offer single-purchase copies of our new hard-copy book, Together: Te Oranga o te Katoa. You can find out more on our website. You can also purchase access to our full suite of InFlow eLearning as a stand-alone wellbeing resource or to build on the key themes of the book. You can find out more on our learning platform.
