GREATER WELLINGTON CASE STUDY

“Gaynor and her team have engaged successfully at every level in the organisation, delivering practical, evidence-based programmes that speak directly to people about their real working and personal lives.”

Ian Clark
HR Manager

GWRC engaged Umbrella to provide resilience training for all staff, delivered to operational teams in their geographic locations. The training and follow-up was a proactive wellbeing initiative designed to equip staff with practical skills in their diverse roles. Following the roll-out across the organisation, resilience training is provided for new staff as they join the GWRC.

Recently, Umbrella designed and delivered a series of training and support sessions for managers to help them lead effectively through organisational change, and maintain morale and productivity in their teams:

A very skilled presenter, who quickly established an environment of trust, enabling people to speak as freely as they chose.

Loved the course – great opportunity to focus on what I need to do to help myself, the team, and my customers going through change.

I found the course highly beneficial, and enjoyed the presentation style – lots of class interaction and feedback, relaxed environment, plenty of laughs – an ideal learning situation.
