Our eLearning programme (“Together: Te Oranga o te Katoa”) is an online self-paced programme with tools for adults to help you thrive in everyday life and work. Lessons are bite-sized, ranging from 5-15 minutes in length.

It’s for any New Zealander who wants to improve their mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing. Whether you’re transitioning to a new job, feeling stuck at work, or just need a reset, this programme offers valuable insights and tools to help you feel more in control.

It’s completely free! We believe that wellbeing support should be accessible to everyone, which is why we’re offering this programme at no cost, in partnership with the Ministry of Social Development. We don’t ask for any credit card information.

The programme consists of more than 40 courses to choose from, starting with an introduction course to get you set-up, and is self-paced, so you can complete it in your own time. Lessons are bite-sized, ranging from 5-15 minutes in length and you can revisit the content whenever you need.
