Free wellbeing eLearning for New Zealanders
Online learning to help you strengthen your holistic wellbeing

Support your mind, body and spirit – at your pace, in your space
Umbrella Wellbeing, with support from the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), is offering free eLearning programmes to help individuals strengthen their wellbeing, manage stress and build long-term resilience. These free online wellbeing courses are fully funded by MSD and designed for people wanting to strengthen resilience, cope with life changes and improve mental wellbeing.
Our programmes are grounded in psychological research and practical strategies that can be applied immediately—whether you’re adjusting to a new job, facing workplace pressures or simply looking to improve your overall wellbeing.
Investing in personal resilience, wellbeing and stress management isn’t just good for individuals—it benefits workplaces, families, and communities. When we prioritise wellbeing, we create environments where people can perform at their best, collaborate effectively, and sustain long-term success.
Lessons are bite-sized, ranging from 5 minutes to 15 minutes in length.
