Using apps to build good habits

Set, organise and track your habits with clever apps like “The Habit Hub”. It will graph your personal progress data so you can see at a glance how well you’re doing, or where there’s still room for improvement!

Another good app http://productiveapp.io/ is designed to help you build “chains” of successful habits so you can see your progress and keep your motivation high. It will also provide you with stats and summaries of how your week has gone, habit-wise, as well as giving you reminders – as many times a day as you would like them!
